Northern Middlesex Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan
The Northern Middlesex Metropolitan Planning Organization (NMMPO) is seeking a consultant to collaborate with MPO staff in the development of a comprehensive Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan that will engage people across the region’s nine municipalities. The plan will document the existing network of bicycle and pedestrian amenities, develop a shared vision and goals for an enhanced network, propose a prioritized implementation strategy, and incorporate compelling visual representations of the proposed network. An optional scope item includes the development of conceptual designs for one or two priority links in the network.
