District Local Technical Assistance

The District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) Program, established by Chapter 205 of the Acts of 2006, enables NMCOG to provide planning assistance in the areas of economic development (including permit streamlining), housing and regionalization of services. Proposed projects must fall into one of the following priority areas to be considered eligible for NMCOG staff assistance:

  1. Planning Ahead for Housing

  2. Planning Ahead for Growth

  3. Supporting Regional Services
